On-Site Service and Disaster Response
In the chaos that often surrounds a data loss disaster, many
customers desire the reassuring presence of recovery experts.
Security concerns or a need for the greatest recovery speed and
efficiency possible could also require on-site service. In such
cases, DataBank personnel will come to your business or home
and start the recovery process. Our engineers are trained to
properly gather and handle data in its damaged condition. This
step is critical to ensure that the greatest amount of data possible
is recovered.
Emergency Service
Emergency service means we stop everything and focus our attention
on you - 24/7. After receiving your equipment, a DataBank Data Services engineer
will work on your data recovery without interruption until
your data is retrieved. Depending on the nature of your data
loss,
this service can typically take 1 day or less. If you wish
to receive emergency service, please notify your DataBank Data Services representative
during your initial contact.
Priority Service
Priority service moves you to the front of the line for a turnaround
of 2 to 3 days. When you choose priority service, a dedicated
engineer is assigned to work on your data recovery during normal
business hours until the recovery is complete. More times than
not, priority service cuts your turnaround time in half.
Standard Service
If you have experienced a data loss, DataBank Data Services will provide
you with the most complete data recovery possible. After shipping
your damaged drive or storage device to DataBank Data Services' labs, our
experts will investigate your hardware, diagnose the problem
and determine whether a recovery can take place. If you wish
to proceed with the data recovery process, your equipment will
be placed in the job queue and your lost data will be recovered
in the order it was received. Working during normal business
hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday), DataBank
Data Services will
complete most standard recoveries in as few as 3 to 5 days.
Weekend/Holiday Service
If your data loss nightmare occurs on a Friday, and you need
a successful recovery by first thing Monday morning or during
a Federal Holiday, DataBank Data Services' weekend/holiday service is a
must. Also benefited by this service are customers who need
their information
back immediately, regardless of what day the data loss first
took place. When you choose this option, DataBank Data Services' engineers
will work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday to ensure
a timely recovery. Please note that weekend service depends
on the availability of DataBank Data Services engineers. |
